We recognize that some students want to start their challenge early.
EARLY ADMISSION (First Year Students) - Fall 2009 Deadline April 30, 2009
Coordinated by and housed in
the Honors College, USF provides an Early Admission program to meet the
needs of highly capable, mature high school students. Under the Early
Admission program you may enter the university as a regularly enrolled,
degree-seeking student prior to graduation from high school. Admitted
students partake of Honors College benefits and activities; however, participation
in Early Admission does not imply Honors College admission. To see Honors
College admission requirements please click here.
We limit participation in the Early Admission program to students who
have completed a minimum of six semesters of full-time secondary enrollment,
including studies undertaken in the ninth grade. In addition, Early Admission
applicants should be enrolled in a strong college-preparatory curriculum.
Students who are enrolled in an Early Admission program must take courses
that are creditable toward the high school diploma and the associate or
baccalaureate degree.
