Please take the following steps to ensure that your place in the Honors College is reserved.

  • Click on the button at bottom of this page.
  • Type in your USF ID number and click the continue button.
  • Carefully complete the Student Information Sheet and verify any preloaded information contained on the form.
  • Click the Submit button.  You will receive email confirmation.
