Part-time Development Specialist in the Honors College - 20 hours weekly
This position provides professional administrative and clerical support for the develoment efforts and related activities within the Honors College at USF
A devotion to detail, professional behavior, and excellent customer service is essential.
Requirements include excellent written and oral communication as well as discernment when using and/or searching through databases containing highly confidential personal information.  Confidentiality is a must.
Proficiency in standard office procedures and practices being highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Graphic arts skills desired for projects that may include creating a newsletter, invitations, event programs, and donor recognition projects.
This position requires administrative experience in a professional setting.  College coursework may be substituted for the required experience as determined by the Director of Development.
Salary commensurate with experience.
