Washington Semester
American University in Washington, D.C., offers USF students the opportunity to take a full load of credit-earning classes during the Fall Semester 2010 through its "Washington Semester." You will study with high-caliber faculty and alongside students from many countries. The most attractive part: you will make contacts with government and corporate agencies through the built-in internships, for future employment opportunities.
These are the D.C.-only programs: American National Politics, Justice Semester, Public Law Semester, US Foreign Policy, Transforming Communities, Journalism, Economic Policy. The following programs offer travel modules of 2-3 weeks: Peace and Conflict Resolution Semester, International Environment and Development, Contemporary Islam, International Business and Trade and International Law and Organizations.
