The Honors College provides an exciting experience and a productive learning environment that combines the advantages of a small, highly personalized college with the resources of a large research institution.
The Honors College is for motivated students, regardless of major. The program emphasizes the development of thinking, reasoning, analytic and writing skills. The curriculum replaces a significant portion of the University's Foundations of Knowledge requirements, so participating in Honors will not generally increase your workload.

Honors College students receive an Honors distinction on transcripts and diplomas as well as special recognition at graduation.
