First Year Students
- 3.8 cumulative high school GPA (as calculated by USF) and
- an SAT I score of 1300 OR an ACT Composite score of 29.
All students who meet these requirements receive an invitation to join the Honors College once they have been admitted to USF.
Transfer/Continuing Students
- 3.5 cumulative college GPA based on 45 college or university level credits.

Students who do not meet the specific criteria, but are interested in participating in the Honors College are encouraged to contact Dr. Stuart Silverman at silverman@honors.usf.edu to discuss other options.
